|Recommended: YesThis Property Is Conveniently Located But However It Need Central Ac Or Some Type Of Ac To Make It Better Living Environnment To Live. — One problem I have here is that people that do not live here keep dumping thrash in the dumpers and thrash all over the ground and residents have nowhere to put their thrash. I think a gate and badge access to resident would have been nice to prevent thrash dumping everywhere.

|Recommended: YesGreat Property — It’s a nice place to live overall it’s quite and so far the staff seem very nice and professional. The outer doors could use some fixings small stuff like paint and nail in the metal part but nothing that effects your own apartment.

|Recommended: YesAffordable, Quiet, And They Work With You. — It's peaceful, everybody stays to themselves. It's not really no street traffic noises and although you can hear your neighbors it's not in an obnoxious way. Maintenance work orders are fulfilled almost instantly. The office doesn't burden you when you are late, but give helpful reminders and try to help you not have a judgement against you. It's not as expensive as other places you would be surprised. The only thing I would like different is having a working laundry room and a dishwasher.

|Recommended: YesI Like It Here So Far. — Heat could be better, it’s been very cold since I moved here.. today was trash day and there’s trash everywhere out front of my building.. there’s rarely parking.. i like living here although, my building is very quiet.
