|Recommended: YesIt Was A Good First Apartment. — It was pretty comfortable the noise didn't really bother me but it can get pretty loud since the walls are so thin. There were many emails about quite hours but my neighbors partied all hours. I could also hear the man in the apartment next to mine snoring so THIN walls. That's my only real complaint tho.

|Recommended: YesThe Outside Isn’t Clean. The Heat Has To Be Turn On In Every Part Of The House Which Is Annoying — So far it’s fine but the entrance of the apartment needs painting and to be clean

|Recommended: YesSo Far It's A Great Complex And The Management Are Great. — The neighborhood is great. I don't have any loud noise neighbors. The parking is excellent, my apartment was ready for move in the day I needed it and I haven't had any problems. The management seem great also and followed up with me once I got settled. It's been a great experience so far.

|Recommended: YesNew Res — I’m a young woman starting my life and this apartment is definitely decent for that much. The wall are definitely thin though sometimes i feel like people are in my apartment but it’s actually my neighbors. The apartment could use a little more attention to detail when they paint but it nothing big once you decorate.

|Recommended: YesThe Property Feels Like Home. — Living at New Castle Crossing is fine. It's not too many problems that I have experienced. Office staff is friendly and understands everything you talk about. My favorite part is the emails I get from New Castle Crossing about anything for example, I got an email about saving heat. As a person who doesn't know how, the email they sent out help me understand so much better. Its a good community.

|Recommended: YesLess Than Satisfactory — If you enjoy the ability to hear your neighbors both above you AND across the hall from you, limited availability and ability to contact management or maintenance in cases of emergency or to address concerns, having a scruffy looking neighborhood that looks so disjointed from one another because there are no consistencies among the properties here, and having a surprisingly limited amount of outlets for a residence in the age of technology that is 2020, this may be the apartment neighborhood for you

|Recommended: YesOverall, The Property Is Nice And Clean And Kept Up. Their Are A Few Residents That Throw Or Leave Trash On The Ground And Outside Of The Dumpsters. — Pretty much most people are friendly and keep to themselves.

|Recommended: NoSince Corona Virus Laws Kicked In. We Get Respect..etc — Keep to yourself,respect others and you'll do fine. Seems they have a zero tolerance on owing rent. They'll file court proceedings after 15 days. Delaware laws landlord friendly. Some kids gangster wanna-bes. Haven't seen the worst since my 2 week stay in hospital. Probably in NCC juvenile detention center, or banned from premises.
