|Recommended: YesAfter living here going on a month I can say that a lot of the negative reviews I have seen are wrong so far will write another review if that changes when I first moved in I needed maintenance to come and replace all the wall outlets because of them being bent and loose. The hallways of the building could really use a top to bottom cleaning because they are filled with debris and spiders. My neighbors are extremely quiet which is perfectly fine with me. My major complaint is the shower. The water switches from blazing hot to arctic cold almost instantly and I have burnt myself a few times. Parking is hit or miss for me, I work nights so normally I can get a space when I come home cause others have gone to work. The only bugs I have seen thus far are a few spiders and knats, also there is something living in the attic of the building because I can hear it scurrying throughout the day.

|Recommended: YesAbsoultely Loved It — honestly, this apartment was perfect. there werent many maintenance related issues, my neighbors were respectful and pleasant, and I honestly wouldnt be moving had I not accepted this great career opportunity over an hour away.

|Recommended: YesNot A Bad Value — Walls floors are thin as with many apartments - sound from the neighbors definitely comes through. Heat is not ideal and shoots the electric bill up quickly. No AC. Kitchen is small but manageable. Lots of closet space Carpet is nice but I do wish apartments would stop carpeting especially with tan carpet... .
Cute small starter apartments, price is slightly higher than it should be. Overall a fairly quiet and safe feeling community.
