|Recommended: YesDirty, Trash Pet Feces Everywhere, Not What They Advertise — The insides of the apartments aren't bad,but the second bedroom is small. It was advertised as having ceiling fans, which it does not. A laundry unit is advertised, which I inquired about upon my tour. I wasn't told until I had signed my lease and was moving in that the laundry unit was currently out of order, and had been for some time. They didn't have an idea of when it would be fixed. The neighbors are quiet for the most part, so the noise level is fine. The garbage on the grounds is overwhelming, and there is dog feces everywhere - do yourself a favor and don't walk in the grass. There is ample parking, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Most importantly - I suggest finding somewhere else to shower. The shower temperature fluctuates likes I've never seen before. It goes from your set temperature to freezing cold to scolding hot. My daughter is afraid she's going to get burned every time she gets in.

|Recommended: YesBetter Than I Thought — The building is quite old, but inside the apartment is very clean when I moved in. Neighbors are very quiet and very nice. Maintenance staffs and leasing office staffs are very helpful when I needed help. I would recommend this place.
